What is your schedule? How many classes do I take?

If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
YES! All our trainers are able to make sure their workout will set you up for success, no matter what level you are starting at. Please mention to your trainer if you are just re-starting your fitness routine so we can give you tips on how to personalize your experience!
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
YES - we have a dietitian approved, done for you 35-day plan focused on lean meats, plenty of veggies and fruits, real food for real women and men!
What if I'm too busy and don't have time to come?
For your success, it’s important you set aside the time and energy needed to complete the 35 days, including time for grocery shopping and meal prep (about 3-4 hours per week). From past participants, if you have a large amount of work or leisure travel during the challenge, this might not be the time for you. While you’re traveling, we offer a dining-out guide with tips on how to stay on track with your nutrition, and “do anywhere” workouts so you can continue to build muscle and burn fat. However, participation and consistency are the keys to success in this challenge.
