Classes

 

We teach high-intensity interval training (HIIT), indoor cycling, strength, and yoga classes in eleven efficient, high-energy combinations. We train groups of 5 to 20 people to keep the focus on you and your fitness goals. Expect our classes to be welcoming, challenging, and fun.

We've got two bathrooms (one with a shower) for your convenience and comfort, and we've got lockers and cubbies to store your gear while you work out. Whether it's your first class or your fiftieth, bring a towel, bring your water bottle, and come ready to work. We're glad you're here!

HIIT Cycle 30: This high-energy and efficient indoor cycling workout will have you out the door in 30 minutes. Come early to warm up because this class starts with a bang. All main dish, no sides for this ride.

HIIT TRX 30: A mash­up of challenging functional movement paired with strength training on the TRX makes for a heart-pounding, efficient workout. Come early to warm up because this class starts with a bang.

HIIT Strength 30: Blast stress and unwanted weight with circuit interval training: a mash­up of challenging cardio moves paired with strength training using everything and the kitchen sink for a heart-pounding, efficient workout. Come early to warm up because this class starts with a bang.

Cycle 45: We’re the queens of “keeping it real”: we offer high-energy and efficient indoor cycling workouts. Steeped in tradition and applied sports science, indoor cycling challenges cardio and muscular strength through interval training, applying cadence and power data to challenge your mental fortitude and physical grit.

Cycle 60: It's all about the base with a dash of speed in this 60-minute class.  This class combines endurance cycling with challenging power intervals that will keep you on your toes.

Cycle + Core: Choose this blend of indoor cycling and functional core training to build strength and protect your body from everyday injury by reinforcing proper spinal alignment.

Cycle + Strength: Choose the popular blend of indoor cycling and full-body strength training to maximize both your time and your caloric burn.  The strength portion WILL NOT be on the bike. We use full-body weight training using a ton of different equipment.

Cycle + TRX: Choose the popular blend of indoor cycling and TRX to maximize both your time and your caloric burn.

Strength Circuit: A fun, fast-paced workout where we hit stations in small groups. Our circuits combine challenging cardio moves paired with strength training to maximize both your time and your caloric burn.

TRX: The ultimate bodyweight workout, our TRX suspension training classes increase strength, focus on stability and balance, and refine your core routine.

Yoga: These hatha classes are designed with the athlete/cyclist in mind. Beyond lengthening/balancing what needs to be lengthened/balanced, expect to learn some anatomy, hold poses long enough for them to be interesting, and come to understand body ‘alignment’ personally through practice.
